Shared Ambitions
Ambitions which we share with the client for this exciting project are;
Exemplary and Visionary first District
Rethink typical approach to development of brown field sites, take queues from the existing ARUP Master plan and address the key challenges with solutions which embrace project ambitions
Zero Carbon and Circular Economy
Existing structures will be re-used where possible, rejuvenating them with new green planted facades and new amenities. The low ground-scraping form maximizes opportune area for renewables
Regenerative and permeable landscape
The existing site is typically car focused like many industrial areas, we will look to recover a pedestrian friendly network with fine-grain connections throughout the District to better serve vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians
Distinct sense of Place
Engaging frontages and variety of new collegiate functions will support both employee well-being and serendipitous socializing and informal gathering. It will also encourage interaction and exchange between tenants and visitors
