FRAMEWORK FOR TEST PROJECTS ACROSS TOTTENHAM HALE, TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE INTERIM PERIOD BEFORE THE DELIVERY OF LONG-TERM PHYSICAL REGENERATION IN THE AREA

The Framework provided the Council with an over-arching strategy, guiding principles and metrics for assessing a range of projects – from the physical to the programmatic - they can support in the near future, in partnership with interested local businesses, residents and organisations.  The piece of work identified a diverse suite of discrete early-win projects able to help build skills and capabilities to ensure local people can access the opportunities associated with the imminent transformation, before developing three pilots to RIBA Stage 2 detail together with potential partners.

From Test to Project

We undertook extensive desktop research and local engagement to create an original approach to assess local ‘meanwhile’ / prototype projects, which led to us being commissioned to deliver the first ‘test project’.
