Plumstead Power Station

00 were commissioned by The Royal Borough of Greenwich to lead a Feasibility, Market Testing and RIBA WS2 Study to bring an iconic, grade II listed Power Station back into use as a viable industrial employment site to support the future economic growth of Plumstead. Supported by the Mayor of London’s Good Growth funding the project is part of a wider series of investments and projects in the town centre and brought together concept design, business planning and market testing to explore a series of scenarios rooted in the retention of industrial land and the regeneration-led change surrounding the site.
