IMPACT HUB WESTMINSTER   In 2010, Impact Hub Westminster grew out of a w00rk feasibility study for Westminster Council’s City Planning Department into models for maximising the Enterprise Spaces potential of future S106 agreement opportunities to generate self-sustaining affordable workspace, part of the Council’s Economic Development Strategy 2008-2011 to “encourage the development of more affordable business space in Westminster.” 00 were later appointed the architects of Impact Hub Westminster to fit out the 12,000sq ft space, led the co-founding team to build, manage and operate the first year of the business to operational break even, and currently hold an equity ownership.
